Dallas Cowboys great Drew Pearson will be the honored keynote speaker at the 2010 Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl Team Kickoff Luncheon, presented by Armed Forces Insurance and the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. The luncheon will honor the bowl’s competing teams and coaches and will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2010, the day before the annual postseason college football bowl game. Drew Pearson played for the Dallas Cowboys as a wide receiver under legendary coach Tom Landry.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS, November 22, 2010 – With more than five weeks until the Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl kickoff, the 2010 game is officially a “sellout”. More than 32,000 in-stadium seats have been sold for the eighth annual post-season football game to be played at Gerald J. Ford Stadium in Dallas, Texas. With the announcement of the schools competing in the 2010 Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl expected December 5, this year’s edition will kick off at 11 a.m. (CST) on December 30 with ESPN handling both the television and radio coverage of the game.
