Rice’s Tommy Kramer Inducted into 2012 NFF College Hall of Fame - Anticipating Solid Performance by Owls in ’12 Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl

2012 NFF College Hall of Fame inductee Tommy Kramer of Rice never had the chance to play in a bowl game but relishes the opportunity to enter the Hall and watch the Owls play in their third bowl game since 2006 Saturday against Air Force in the 10th annual Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl at TCU’s Amon Carter Stadium.

With SMU’s 43-10 win over Fresno State in Monday’s Sheraton Hawai’i Bowl, a Conference USA school will be trying to even the post-season record between the two leagues when Rice challenges Air Force in the Bell Helicopter Armed Forces Bowl.

Air Force’s Chad Hennings: Leadership, Honor, Service…Dec. 19, 2012 – all these military terms play a significant role in explaining Air Force veteran and All-America football defenseman Chad Hennings’ many accomplishments.

His remarkable sense of leadership, poise and desire to give back have helped him excel as an All-America defensive lineman at Air Force Academy, a standout and Super Bowl winner with the Dallas Cowboys from 1993-2001 and 2007 inductee into the NFF College Hall of Fame.

But his most impressive ledger may have come in community service and humanitarian contributions.
